I have bought MoveOn the first time and after taking the first box, my knee is not so pain. While taking half way on the 2nd box my knee is completely no more pain. So balance half i gave them to my bro who also have knee pain and after he took for 4,5 days, he told me his knee no more pain. So i bought my 2nd purchase with LiveOn for my bro and he is happy with this products. And for myself, i will buy again if there is promotion as i found it is quite expensive if no offer
